Metroline Travel Ltd - PCV Driver Trainer (North Acton, London)
Job Summary:
- Train new drivers to meet PCV standards and assist with acquiring their Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- Deliver various training modules including theory, hazard perception, case studies, vehicle checks, and company policies.
- Complete progress reports and associated paperwork.
- Ensure the health and safety of all employees.
Key Qualifications:
- Experienced PCV Driver Trainer with a proven track record in the bus industry.
- Minimum 3 years of PCV license holding with good driving record.
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the Highway Code and PCV legislation.
- Committed, positive, and supportive attitude towards colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure, be a team player, and foster individual and team development.
Hours:
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM) with potential for overtime as needed.Benefits:
