About the Role

Qualifications

  1. Safety First: A safety-first attitude with customer service as a close second.
  2. CDL Requirements: Class B or A CDL with air brake and passenger endorsement (CDL assistance available).
  3. Age Requirement: Must be at least 22 years old.
  4. Appearance: Professional and neat appearance.
  5. Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  6. Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference checks. Participate in random drug and alcohol testing.
  7. Character: High moral character and flexible attitude.
  8. Travel: Willing to travel and stay overnight as needed.
  9. Driving Record: Good driving record.





A Day in the Life

Motorcoach drivers start their day with a DOT-required pre-trip inspection, followed by picking up groups and embarking on various trips. These can range from short airport transfers to multi-day adventures, providing a chance to connect with your passengers.

Employment Options

  • Full-Time: Earn between $60,000-$75,000 per year plus gratuities, based on working five days a week.
  • Part-Time: Work an average of 10 days a month, including most weekends.
