ABOUT THE ROLE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role is accountable for the safe operation of heavy-duty vehicles to deliver Sasol lubricants to customers.

FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS

Manage the on-time and accurate execution of all Lubricants Deliveries

Ensure reliable (in time and full) deliveries with own fleet

Conduct pre-trip inspections and report defects

Execute deliveries according to the delivery sequence

Complete delivery documents accurately

Minimize unproductive time

Identify potential operational risks including OHS ACT requirements and report to the line manager.

Ensure all incidents are reported, logged, and participated in the RCA

Comply with the site, functional, and SHERQ procedures

Adhere to policies and procedures so the task is done safely and accurately.


Qualifications:

• Grade12

• CODE EC (Code 14) driver’s license

• In possession of a valid professional driver permit (PrDP)


Experience:

At least 2 years of driving experience

• Self-Mastery

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
