The Opportunity

Kickstart your Mainfreight career in a tight-knit, passionate, and fun environment! As a Dispatcher, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Problem-solving
  • Allocating loads and assisting with loading line-haul trucks
  • Coordinating with customers on-site, the Mainfreight team, drivers, and subcontractors in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Data entry, manifesting, and using internal computer systems

The Team We're After

We are looking for individuals with:

  • High-level communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A professional attitude and attention to detail
  • An OSH fork hoist license
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Confidence to make independent decisions while being a strong team player
  • A love for diversity and daily challenges


Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 1:30 am, with occasional weekend shifts.
